I mean really comon man going for it late in 4th qtr 4th and 1 ?

just kick a fg even if chiefs score once can they pull off an onside kick and score again ?

EVERY year when i see teams do this i fade them in thier next weeks game

scoring twice was ludicrous , un professional and hurtfull !

I think it was last Year Titans at home vs Eagles 4th qtr no time left on clock Eagles toss a pick defender runs it titans won 37 - 13

they lost the next 5 games s/u and ats !

OK Patriots will not lose 5 games s/u but i betcha they blow covers for few weeks !

and because THE books got crushed last night huge negative on side and totals as per what we heard

beware this week folks these puppies will be barking

full card now 16 games per week expect 7 - 9 dogs per week and 5 or more of them win the game

any way had to mention this so you all stay sharp and focused many key injuries on teams starters cause teams to lose and just cannot compete

Packers now lost RB Starks WTF they gonna do now for a RUN game

I respectfully disafree although I can understand where you're coming from. For one thing, almost every single play on that drive was a run play with Shane Vereen. As a Pats fan, we haven't seen him play much at all and I'm sure t he coaching staff wanted to see what this kid could do in a game situation. I've always believed in the school of thought that believes its the defense's responsibility to stop an offense. Especially when the defense knows that the offense is gonna be running the ball. Who knows? Maybe it was also some payback for Bernard Pollard's hit on Brady a few years ago that wiped out his season. Lastly, if I'm not mistaken point differential is a potential tie breaker and the way the AFC is right now it might come into play.

But again, I can understand that some people wouldn't like it.

Really..running up the score would be kicking the field goal imo. If KC cant stop a rush on 4th down then shame on them. I'm sure there are other things to bi@tch about then this. good grief.

Saints crushed colts 62-7 next week at Rams - 10 LOST the game s/u

so thats 2 from this year alone so far now going back i see more teams that ran scores up and lost ats next week

steelers week 2 shutout Seahwks 24-0 next week at Colts almsot lost the game 23-20

Eagles vs cowboys ran score up 34-7 next week at home vs Bears LOST the game as an 8 point favorite


Lions week 2 beat KC 42 - 3 next blew it - 3 1/2 -4 @ vikes won by 3


Titans win @ Panthers 30- 3 next week @ Falcons LOST game but pushed as a 6 point dog

Bears wallop Falcons week 1 30- 12 at saints + 7 got smoked

matter of fact they blew money 4 str8 games after week 1

cowboys hammer bills 44-7 at redskins - 7 1/2 had to go to OT win by 3

ok i think thats enough PROOF to back up my statement that teams winning by three td's or more vs losing teams will cause the let down immmediatley next week

You're right just as many examples the other way where teams beat the crap out of someone then win and cover the next week. As a matter of fact the Pats had just killed the Jets the week before so no bad karma this week. Happens both ways no pattern here.
