Opinions Wanted Please.....

Last night some friends and I were talking about our NFL teams and mr Vikings himself said that he heard A Peterson's speed was compareable ro Usain Bolt, I just don't believe that. I told him that AP was my fantasy killer, he is fast but if you lined them up for a sprint, theres no way i believe that AP comes even close to winning that race. Don' get me wrong i am not saying that he is slow, just comparing him to U Bolt who wins that race on a track. If they were running an obstacle course with a ball in your hand or even a endzone to endzone against a defense AP will probable win that but I would like your guyses opinion on a straight up sprint race.

thanks all for your time and opinions......

If Bolt starts celebrating right out of the blocks then Peterson wins.

This is not what you think it is- If you adjust his 100 meter time to 40 yards yea that's what it would be, but there's one enormous difference- 100 meters you are at full speed for much much longer- 40 dash is just enough time to even get to full speed. His real time is realistically estimated to be around 4.1, maybe just under, but not below 4.0.

I actually can't believe how many times I saw that misleading statistic all over the TV- and only once or twice was it explained for what it was.

my POINT was... the guy is talking with his friends. APs name most likely comes up because of his popularity along with his speed.... not JUST speed.

bout to watch chargers/panthers any highlight i should eyeball?

key notes:

1. How well rivers played with pressure in his face all day

2. fluke gates fumble resulting in td

3. First td in 4th qtr bout 6 min mark when rivers rolls to the left, hits gates on the run across his body between corner and safety. One of the best throws i've ever seen probably
