Pack vs Indy Our Next Super Bowl

Watching the big four play all year has me really believing that the Colts and the Packers have an edge over the Pats and Boys respectively.

I just have to point to the defense and running games. Not many folks want to give the Colts a chance but Payton Manning and his boys will not just roll over. The 1st match-up showed me a lot and most notably was how Addai ran all over the Pats. Turnovers will tell the tale though and if Colts refuse to cough it up they will have a real chance.

In The NFC things are much more tricky. Before the above can come true both the Cowboys and Pack need to defend their home in the first game. One (not both) could fall in the second round. I think the team Pack need to worry about more then anyone would be the Hawks coming to GB. Holgrem has been there before and the revenge factor from the OT loss the last time Seattle played in GB still stings. Hasselback (former Favre backup) still hasn't forgot that. If the Pack get by that first game I really beleive they go to the Super Bowl as I think they would beat the Boys in a rematch at Dallas. The Cowboys on the other hand have not really dominated teams lately and Romo still is a young guy. If Tampa gets there they have a legit shot at beating the Cowboys as they will keep that game close with their improving defense.

Just thoughts.

Don't fall for the "old revenge" schtick. They say that all the time and it never seems to factor in much.

I have been saying Green Bay vs. Indy as well. Obviously being a Packers fan I want Green Bay (And believe they have a shot), but I am more cofident in Indy beating New England. Think about it. New England was damn lucky to finish undefeated and Indy has been playing great ball lately, plus they get some starters back.

It's hard to go week in and week out without ever losing and even though the Pats went undefeated during the regular season, it will be tough to get yet another 3 wins.

Indy wins in New England in the AFC Championship.

Packers (hopefully) win in Dallas and set up a great matchup in the SuperBowl.
