Lightbulb Pittsburgh Steelers at New Orleans Saints Pk - Discuss

Haven't seen the Saints at home at even money in a while. Odds are a pk at Bookmaker.com

Saints coming off outright loss as 13 point favorite to Brownies. Brees threw 4 picks.

Steelers coming off gift wrapped win. 2nd straight road win for Big Ben and Steelers.

Who do you like?

aaron smith being out for the steelers is a huge loss.....henne had all day to throw the ball and picked the secondary apart...if brees gets that kind of time, it'll be a hell of a long night

on the steeler side, ben is no slouch himself and just don't see the saints D being able to stop them on either side of the ball

has the potential for a shootout here which is funny to say in a steeler game, i really thought this should be a saints -2.5, giving them credit for home field despite what happened last week so even though it's a PK, feel like giving saints 2.5 here, and i'll take that every time

First real QB the Steelers have faced this season. I believe the Over is the best play in this game.

Winning 2 road games in a row is tough, especially against 2 very good teams. I think the loss of Smith will hurt and also with Reggie Bush back, I think the Saints play better. Right now, I lean slightly to the Saints, but not to confident.

I bet Atlanta fan would disagree with Matt Ryan.. Over is strong nobody stops NO.. Steelers will miss Smith buts lets not forget Woodley & Kiesel did not play much last week .. Kiesel none.. Henne was given time last week because part and parcel that was the game plan.. Did not send many on the blitz.. probably same plan this week.. shrink the field..kick field goals.. turnovers..make them earn it in small chunks..

New Orleans over the Steelers. Their defense has been playing fairly well this season.
Steelers have been scraping by against Miami and Cleveland hung with them for quit awhile the week before and they have no offense whatsoever. I know Cleveland beat N.O. last week but Brees pissed that 1 away. It wasn't the Cleveland offense that did the damage.

New Orleans has better total yds on offense and they are better overall on deffense imo. After getting beat outright as 12.5 fav. I think N.O. will be ready at home.

N.O has a better defense ? Are you serious ? While I agree that New Orleans has a shot here they can't even measure up to the Steelers defense. Just look at who hung points and how many on New Orleans

Minni 9 but they have farve
SF 22
Atlanta 27
Carolina 14 they suck
Arizona 30
Tampa 6
Cleveland 30

Steelers played Atlanta and they gave up only 9 points.
Steelers played Cleveland and gave up 10 points.
Steelers played Tampa and they held them to 7 pts. comparable.
With Ben back I don't believe that the Saints are better on offense either. With Bush back they may get things rolling though. I think the Saints have a shot because they have to be hungry and NO WAY the lose 2 games in a row at home. The excitement of Bush coming back could lift them over the edge. Best of luck to you.

Go and look at the 30 pts they gave up to Cleveland and Arizona . It was turnovers and defensive scores (2 defensive td's) in each game. Arizona-194 net yds offense and Cleveland -210 yds total offense. I think their defense is better than you give them credit for . Just sayin.

Steelers 34-17...not being a homer at all here lol.....one-dimensional teams don't have a prayer against Lebeau. If Brees thought he had a bad day against Cleveland's blitz package, wait until he gets a little taste of the curtain!!!

Arizona and Cleveland aren't anywhere close to the Steelers offense...You can't compare Max cough drops, and Colt McCoy to Big Ben and the Steelers offense.

I keep thinking the Steelers might lose, then they keep winning?
This looks like another win !

N.O. BIG. Line is an over-reaction to last week's NO flukey loss. Line should be NO -3.
