agree. lack of decent qb was major issue with this team. If you can play D as well as they do you will always give yourself a shot to win plenty of games.

Plus starting qb>backup qb job pretty much anywhere.

I agree the raiders have increased their talent on both sides of the ball but this is the raiders. I feel sorry for anyone who has to play on the raiders let alone get traded to them at this stage in his career. The weakness that the raiders suffer from is to many hands in the cookie jar. I believe the reason why the raiders have gotten lost in the last few seasons is because one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. They go 500 at best this season and going there knowing they have not chance can't be easy. Feel sorry for Cambell, I bet he isn't looking forward to this move.

In a round and about way I am saying that its hard to win when you don't have control over who is on your coaching staff and who you get to draft and how you get to use them. This raider draft was a good one but its not the first good draft that the raiders have ruined.

till just win baby steps down i dont see them being the team they could be. Solid team with young players. would love to see the raiders get back to where they were.

Dont see campbell doing that for them though

Raiders had a good draft, coaching has improved, Campbell is an upgrade at QB, and they have talent. That being said, Al Davis is the x-factor. Will he get out of the way and let them just win baby? Well that remains to be seen.

They just need a qb....dont know if campbell will be good enough. There D is good, got the best corner in the league and recievers and rbs are decent. They made Janakowski the highest paid kicker in history, thats probably why Al Davis needs to retire

Campbell is like one of those mysterious "4-A" baseball players. Too good for college, but not good enough for the pros. I like the guy, he's got some physical gifts, but he's a dope.

Raiders are his one-way ticket out of the league.

Lyle Alzado and Howie Long are rolling over in their graves at this team.
