Angry Public Goes Shopping On Us

The mall might not like hearing this but I just wonder if the days of looking for angles on games is over. The general public kicked our --s today, hell for the last few weeks.
If you followed the money you cleaned up. With the exception of Cleveland, Denver, and Carolina(which was pretty close) all big money won. I may be new to this board but not to the game. NFL (not for long) that's what it stands for.
Leads us to Monday nighter..73% line on Green Bay 94% on money line on Green Bay..............Do they give joe public more money? New Orleans has looked sooooooo bad last few that this is the one they make some back on. Damn I hope. gluc amigo's

I am getting crushed recently. Reading line moves and public plays is my biggest capping tool. I am truly at a loss right now what is going on.

hey do not follow every thing you here about how the money is going. That is all bull sportsbooks do not give that info out.I get so tired of hearing everybodys is on that side. just to give a bet of fresh air, a buddy of mine i work with called me sunday whated to pl;ace a few bets. He bets 3 or 4 times a year. He places 3 200 bets win all 3 and ,bets 3 teamer for 200 and cashes that. Use your own good judgement the hell with everybody. i play almost all overs and stick with about 11 teams pro and college.nov i am 13- 2 no bull. I only bet my money on teams that try and play to win.good coaches and real good qbs.it works for me. Plus i play a lot of 2 teamers. small risk big reward.Thank god for football this year.

if picking the "better team" was that easy every shmuck with a nickel would be up thousands in football. its not supposed to be that way, but thats exactly whats been happening the last 3 weeks.

Its All About The Law Of Averages Guys..... The Last Few Weeks Have Really Taken A Toll On Many.... But Rest Assure It Has To Turn Around For Us Sooner Than You Think...... This Is Where People Lose Their Patience, Change Their Handicapping Ways.... And Analyze Too Much ....... Even The Best Of Us Get Caught Up In It

yep, the books were tearing it up before this all started to happen, and I thought I was on a roll and unstoppable and I started making my bets bigger and thats when I lost all of my seasons winnings in JUST 2 WEEKS, pretty sad, now Im back to betting my normal units.. but slowly and forsurley we will get it back + more!

Thank you. Square thinkers are proclaiming how easy it is to pick winners and traditionally THIS NOT THE WAY THE CASE. Next example of this involves my Redskins. I heard we are a 3 point underdog to the best team in the NFL. Everyone will be lined up at the window to put down the farm on the Giants. I'm telling you, this is insanity right now what is going on with these lines.

i too am baffled by this giants -3 line. vegas HAD to know that everyone and their mother would be lining up to bet the mortgage on the giants at that value.

Yep, but I think we need to stop referring to them as "Vegas." I think The Las Vegas Square Relief Foundation is more accurate.

The lines have been sharp enough lately, that as much as I hate playing teasers, it has been the best way to sleep at night. Most games have been close enough, that you could have played either team in the tease and been alright as long as your not jumping on shitty teams with no talent.

If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day. You do that seven days a week, you're going to have something special.” ---Jim Valvano
