Punks NFL picks for Sunday 9/26

1) 49ers (-2 1/2) It won't be easy but SF should prevail in a low scoring tussle. Alex Smith limits his mistakes this week and Cassel gets the heat put on him. Gore should have a nice game.

2) Ravens (- 10 1/2) After that clunker offensive performance and questionable game plan the Ravens et back to the basics and pound the Browns into submission. Harrison and Cribbs are hurting and S.Wallace will be running for his life. R.Rice breaks out this week.

3) Vikings (-11 1/2 ) Must win this week and Peterson will have a field day .Norsemen take out their frustration on a overmatched Lions team that back-doored the Eagles last week with 15 pts in the last 4 minutes. Vikes must slow down Best.

4) Atlanta (+3 1/2) Saints have escaped with 2 narrow wins .Atlanta plays mistake free football and takes this in a mild upset.Saints offense hasn't looked that sharp and it's time for Atlanta to make a statement.

5) Eagles (-2 1/2) Garrard is in for a long day. Philly defense shuts them down and Vick makes enough plays to beat a bad Jaguar team. Jones-Drew isn't healthy and his ankle injury will slow him down.

6) Redskins (-4 ) McNabb should carve up the Rams defense and they stop S.
Jackson to go to 2-1 on the season. Bradford makes too many mistakes
