Question on 2 Teams Teaser WIN + PUSH

Yesterday I had put in a 2 team 6 points teasers with a local book for $400.
Carolina +12 and NY Giants -5 so it would be Carolina +18 and NYG +1. So it ended up being a win + push. My local book say a win + push on teaser is a loss. I have checked with several online books and a win + push on two team teaser is a PUSH. Can anyone tell me that my local guy is wrong or that he can say a win + push is a loss. He say I lost -$480. This is my first time betting teaser so I pretty much don't know the rules. Another thing...he's juice is $20 for every $100. I thought its $10 for every $100 on 2 team 6 points teasers. Please help. A win + push is a usually a Push. Hard to say he is "wrong", but he is making his own rules hugely in his advantage.

6 point teasers are usually Even money +100

6.5 point teasers are usually -110

7 point teasers are usually -120

You really should have asked those questions before you bet, but the guy is taking advantage of you and ripping you off. Don't pay and change your cell phone number.

Then get a nice off-shore book like BetJm or Bodog.
