If you were in Vegas, could you have cashed your ticket as soon as ref said penalty declined, touchdown, game over? He said game was over and probably another minute went by before they changed it. What is the protocol if you got in during that timeframe?

THE play was called right there was a FORWARD Pass then they lateraled it backwards ONCE the Ball goes pass the LINE of Scrimmage YOU cannot lateral the ball back
