According to news reports this fella got picked up by Miami's finest at 12:20am. Officers said they saw a Freightliner truck in bumper-to-bumper traffic on South Beach's Ocean Drive with some 13 people inside, including a woman sitting on the lap of Starks, who was driving.
Whatta way to get a lap dance!

I read on CBS Sports that he pinned the cop, who was on foot, against another vehicle. If that happens where I live, he is dead. He will be charged wtih aggravated assalt and battery on a Police Officer. This should be good for a 4 game suspension for this idiot.
