Id put Brady one slot below, with Ben ahead of him

Since they lost to the Giants in the SB, the Pats defense has been the main problem

it still is, but this year a new secondary problem arises

within their offense, they are limited and being exposed of that deficiency

they have a pro bowl slot receiver, and then nobody on the perimeter

they expected a lot more out of ochocinco, but he washed up, cant get separation and lost a step

also the once great Oline is just average these days

so now we see what brady is, a little older, and cant play under any pressure

the defense remains the main problem, but the offense isnt as scary as it was

neither is brady

Curious as to why some of you guys exclude Stafford from your list. 4th overall in QB rating behind Rodgers, Brees, and Brady.

61% completion rate (Little lower than some), but 19 touchdowns to only 4 interceptions.

For sure benefits from having the best wide receiver in the league going up and snagging balls in Johnson, but still has been pretty solid. When comparing the two head to head, I doubt many people would pick Dalton over Stafford. (Unless you want to include his injury history).

Just looking at this year though, what makes you guys think that? Just curious if my homer Lions blinders are that bad

Not at all. I had him 3rd on my list I think. How does anyone have Ryan or Newton or Dalton ahead of him is beyond me.

Flacco has been horrible this year! 26th in the NFL in passer rating and only 54% completion percentage. How is he top 10 for this year?
