Rivers is doing his thing this year. You cant tell me that Chargers are better than Ravens just because of Rivers... Let me ask you this, why couldnt Rivers win at Oakland, St Louis and Seattle? Better yet, why did he let the Rams sack him 7 times? If hes letting the Rams sack him that many times, he better hope to be on the opposite side of the playoff bracket and not have to go into the Bank cause we'll leave with his head to a stake like we always do in Baltimore...

My Palmer comment I'll stand by from last year. Bengals were playing great at the time I made that comment and I thought Palmer was back. I was oblivious, and he just hasnt been the same since his injuries.

Palmer was never better than Rivers at any point last season or this season. Also, the Chargers lost those games by 3 points, 3 points and 7 points. They gave up 2 blocked punts, 2 kick return tds, 4 fumbles. That's why they lost

Since when is a qb getting sacked his fault? lol i see you havent learned much

I didn't give Rivers his due last year because I felt that the targets around him were the reason he was able to get his numbers. Ive gained a new respect for him this year. Have you noticed though. Now that his team is winning, those large passing numbers have gone down? A lot of what he was doing before was in losing efforts. We'll see how he does in tight game situations when the Chargers try more balanced offensive gameplans. Hopefully he doesnt choke like he did versus Jets last year. Right?

In response to the QB being sacked as his fault. It definitely can be his fault. If he holds the ball too long. It is his fault. This is a correlation to local sports talk in Chicago, but why do you think everyone here points the finger at Cutler? Cause he holds onto the ball too long and gets sacked.

Rivers is not Big Ben and goes down easily. You can't argue that. Rivers gives off the cry baby demeanor. Thats not the attitude of a champion. Flacco has the championship wiring as well as everyone else in Baltimore.

You sure they dont? Isnt this below what we did in your house at San Diego? Up with a lead, Chargers marching back to win, and Ray Lewis CLOSING the door on 4th down to win the game... God, its soo beautiful to watch.

Lol now you're just making shit up. Of course Rivers had to pass more earlier on because they were falling behind because of special teams, turnovers and kick returns. Pretty sure he did just fine in the Colts game where he was a nice 19-23 and completed all of his passes in the 2nd half. Also, Rivers is one of the best in the game at pocket presence and avoids a lot of pressure by moving around well and still keeping his eyes downfield. He didnt choke, his kicker did...again

You think Rivers is a crybaby based off of nothing really...that's fine. Funny where did Flacco get this "championship wiring"? Baltimore isnt that good and their qb damn sure isn't on Rivers level

Interesting...how many yards did Rivers throw for in that game? Ravens defense is overrated...not to mention all of the guys hurt in that one and it was played in September when the Chargers always suck
