Really don't like the direction the NFL is going

Taking Defense out of the game. Liked watching the 85 bears defense win it all. Hopefully we will get back to that style of play. GO 49ers this week!!!!

all but gone are the days of an NFL team having one stud RB pounding the football 30 times a game. The majority of high potency offensive teams use role back's, or have a coach that is smart enough to go with the hot hand btw 2 decent backs. Fresh legs equalls more scoring ops, and leads to higher scoring.

It is also a product of the College game. Everyone wants to see scoring. Look at the N.C. game. Everyone knew that it would be low scoring, so no one watched it. It was one of the lowest rated N.C. game ever, if not the losest rated N.C, Game ever. People want to see points scored.

I grew up watching football started in the late 60's. I have witnessed a lot of NFL hours. While the game has changed so have the players. The size and shape these kids are coming out of college is off the charts. I do not like the defenseless WR rule but I understand the reasoning behind it. Harrison proved a point when he hit the WR in the legs taking him out for the season. But enjoy the changes because we are blessed with a game that is loved world wide. I can't tell you how much enjoyment this sport has brought my family over the years. This playoff season is going to be good so sit back and enjoy the ride. Only thing to worry about in the NFL is the current Commish.
