Receiver Edwards agrees to 1-year deal with 49ers

Edwards agrees to play with the 49ers. Will this help san francisco win games this season?

Not a bad move since they don't really know when Crabtree will be 100% ready to go....

Edwards is an upgrade from Josh Morgan, no question. The real problem in SF is the man delivering the football though. Another new system for Alex Smith to learn. This is going to be another tough year for SF.

Jason Campbell isn't enough to lead the Raiders to the playoffs. In addition, they still have some defensive ?s. They be good, but they also had a really easy schedule last year, and beat nobody with winning records other than the Chiefs and Chargers.
