I don't think Shanahan will bite. The guy will have a shot at numerous jobs this offseason where he can choose where he goes.

I also don't think Gruden is a good fit with Snyder. Should be interesting

I think it will be Shanahan in the offseason and that will allow him to get his son who is currently the OC of the Texans
