Understand there is a 50% pct chance of rain today in phoenix and the wind is out of the se at 20 to 25 mph. espn said they will make a decision about the roof around 3pm. The nfl loves to play games. Last year everyone was unhappy about the rain in florida. Why have a roof that opens and closes if your not going to use it.I guess the nfl is waiting to get that over/ under tally before they decide.
