I would LOVE to see him fall to the bottom of round 1 and have NE take him. I watched most of his games this year and I loved watching this kid play. He was seriously electric and he is elusive and he has a gun for an arm. All I care about is can he play football and he dominated in high school and in 1 year of CFB. I would take my chances.

Despite size I totally see your point.

Giants are a mess, like I said above I wouldn't hate to see him take over for Eli knowing NY is too stupid to even try rolling the dice with him.

Imo him and Barkley could be a deadly combo

That's fucking tiny when talking NFL size.

Sure he can scramble but a kid that size could get destroyed getting hit hard just once.
This is true. He is 5'8 max. I live in Allen where he went to HS and I was up close to him and trust me he is no 5'10.

I hit some at -200 and -300

Unless he pulls a shocking "fuck you" NFL ... this was the closest thing to a lock.

According to a source close to the situation, Murrays number is $15M.

He wants big time money to stick with baseball, otherwise he will enter the NFL draft tomorrow.

The As are doing everything they can, sending their top brass, led by Billy Beane, to meet with him.

The $15 million figure being cited as Murray's request to A's is inaccurate (the figure is too high, source says), but the A's and Murray's representatives are working on trying something creative to accommodate him, thus today's meeting. MLB would have to OK.

Athletics do not need to reach new deal with him before his midnight deadline to declare for the NFL draft.

That move will be largely procedural, and is not binding. As likely will want resolution before spring training, but tonight is not their deadline.

Plus he is way more mobile then most quarterbacks which is what you need in today's NFL. Mahomes etc.

Take it from the guy who thought Johnny Manziel would be an All-Pro

Im sorry but murray will never make it.
1. Only a bad team will take him that can't develop QB talent.
2. Too many of his passes will get tipped and picked off.
3. Then he uses his speed to run and gets hurt.
4. now maybe no baseball or football.

Just as an add on. Sorry to tell you, but Lamar Jackson is only a flash in the pan. He won against the worst teams in the NFL, lost as soon as he met average talent (LA), Looked like shit the whole game, and lastly he just isn't smart enough to be a QB,
