Sad Times in the NFL

When a rookie in Jake Long, who hasn't played a down in the NFL and is uncertain whether he can actually play LT is the highest paid lineman in the NFL. Way out of control with these contracts

THE NFL OWNERS WILL ADDRESS THIS DURING THE UPCOMING NFLPA AND OWNERS NEGOTIATIONS YOU WILL SEE SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF WHAT NBA DRAFT ROOKIES GET (BALLPARK) A 4 YEAR DEAL AND 12 TO 13 MILLION DURING THE LIFE OF THE ONTRACT.

LMAOOOOOOOOOO

Matt Ryan, now making more money than every qb in the league except ben and peyton. YES...he is making MORE than Tom Brady. And he hasn't taken 1 snap in the NFL. This is absolutely absurd

Theirs so much money in the NFL that they could do so much more for all the parties involved . Never once do you hear the owners or the players so hey lets lower ticket prices and each give up some of the money. Lets cut food cost for the fans, lets put in more comfortable seats for the fans, lets give some to the schools. While both parties fight out the way the money will be spent not once will the fans come up. Its beyond stupid what these athletes make in all sports. If you paid an employee more then someone who had been there for years, most likely your crew would be hitting the road. Something tells me that a rookie getting paid big money is going to take a lot of s hit.

Shouldn't have too much trouble passing it... Rookies aren't part of the negotiation...
