South Carolina @ Kentucky

This game looks very interesting to me....you have an explosive Kentucky offense that puts up a lot of points on the board, and a South Carolina offense that doesn't score alot. Kentucky should have beaten Florida and you're telling me that a dismal South Carolina offense can put as many points on the board as Kentucky.....at Kentucky???? I think not. What do you think about this one?

i agree.. the sec is overrated as a whole and south carolina is unpredictable are some of the reasons i might not bet on this game, but for the most part it looks like a good call .. the main reason im not betting on it is just i feel like other games are even more off

Thanks for the complement "thegame." I stopped capping baseball when the strike issue arised, and especially when football started up. I am testing my skills out this year in football, I've never actually capped a full season before, but we'll see how it goes. If you really want to see my best picks, you probably should look for them on Sunday's primetime game and especially Monday Night Football. I haven't lost yet this year so far in those games (I probably just imposed a curse on me, but hopefully not, LOL)

Kentucky sticks it to So. Carolina. SoCar's hasn't seen any competition lately.

I disagree guys... South Carolina will play Kentucky close.

Surepick... SC. is averaging 26.33 points per game. Does not score a lot? Kentucky averages 40.8 per game, skewed heavy by the 77 points they put up against a horrible UTEP team.

I think the bet here is to play the over, currently at 50.

Thanks . I have been reading the posts here for about a month. Great insights. I decided to register tonight. Hope you guys don't mind a new guy going against the grain.

probably going with SC here but not my favorite pick

SC's secondary is solid and this is the first time since 2000 that KU has been favored in an SEC matchup

beware the Cocks!

Loanman, I guess I said the wrong thing when I said that South Carolina didn't score many points. What I meant was I don't see that explosiveness in their offense like Kentucky possesses. I just don't think they can match them point-wise, unless Kentucky's defense falls apart this weekend.
