take: San Fran 49ers -3 -125....2 units....at Indianapolis Colts, game time is 1p.m. e.s.t....This game and investment is all about the quarterback rotation. San Fran has the front end of their rotation with Alex Smith and David Carr, two more than capable talents who have plenty of NFL action on their resumes. Add to it a receiving core that is in competition and an offensive line that has depth and jobs being competed for. Indy on the other hand is sending a group of unknowns and inexperience to handle quarterbacking duties after Peyton Manning sees his 7 minutes of play. San Fran favored on the road here is signal enough they are the play. San Fran -3 for 2 units.
