A Story we all have been through!!

Have to share this with you gambling junkies. First off thanks to all the great cappers here. I tail you guys alot.


Well it started Friday. I wanted to build a bankroll for Saturday's games through poker. I usually start with 75-100 and if I play discipline and find a few fish I roll this into 1000, this is the goal for today. I start out and like always have a rollercoaster ride usually needing a couple of buy-ins. I get the account to about $500 in 3 hours then grind it out back and forth for about another 2 hours. I then get the hand that gets me to the 1,000 mark. Great goal accomplished go to bed right, no alter ego takes over. Its nice and early to only Midnight. I make the mistake of going to higher limits and bam right back to 100 bucks. You think I would learn?? I battle til about 4am and get this thing back up to about 800, good quit now and go to bed, nope I get bad beat after bad beat, alter ego again. It's now 6 in the morning and I ****ed it up again. All I got left is a lousy 6 dollar ticket.

So I wake up all pissed at myself and watch 6 of my 7 games come in, sure they do, no really they did. So I finished watching the last game and decided, shit you pissed it all away mines well use that lousy 6 dollar tourney ticket. So I enter this 20 man tourney, I go for a cigar and come back and the darn thing is already 20 minutes in and only 13 guys left. Keep the story short I end up in second with 30 bucks. Great what the hell am I going to do with this I am thinking, put it on a miracle parlay. I gotta start somewhere right. So I see that in 30 minutes there is a 55 tourney starting. I head to the tables to see if I can build this thing so I can get in. Sitting at 48 bucks and tourney starts in 1 minute. I say if it is meant to be it is meant to be. I able to win this hand and have 55.15 in my account. I able to get into the tourney in time.

Tourney starts with about 90 players, I play while watching a movie and really don't pay attention to where I am in the tourney until I realize that it is a speed tourney. I see 25 players left, turn movie off now. My goal now is to get to top ten. 15 players and alter ego decides to play a hand re-raises all in and gets lucky and catches the river card. All right have made it to top ten now, have sent alter ego to bed. Would you f***** believe it I win this thing and cash in 1250 from a 6 dollar tourney in 2 hours.

Now I will end this story here even though it is only midnight here and I got a couple of hours to build the bankroll for Sunday's games, LOL. Anyone have a LOCK for tommorrow.

yea everyone has def been thru that....from what i gathered you basically wasted money by watching a movie and smoking a cigar....im just gonna come out and say this as nice as i can, this story sounds fictional

congrats. you must be pretty damn good in poker if you can start with 75-100 and build it up to 1k in a night. won't have to a "work" another day of your life lol
