Patriots.com reporting Wes Welker will be inactive again this week. Randy Moss and Julian Edelman are both dressed. Our view: There was concern this morning that Randy Moss could join Welker on the inactive list today, but he's active. Julian Edelman should again see plenty of targets in Welker's absence.
