Superbowl Play with writeup

Had a nice run here at the forum that stalled the last few weeks. I was super busy last week but hit the championship games without posting. I won't include that in my overall record obviously.

As stated in other posts, I dont feel heart broken from the Patriots loss and my AFC bet loss a few weeks back. Those days are over..

Some may really like a side to the upcoming game and initially I was feeling Pittburgh, but then leaned towards Green Bay. I, like others, thought Pitt would be favored.. but then heard the arguments about the books wanting Pitt money by making them the dog..

Its a really tough call on this game.

I'd like to think Pitts grit would be enough to edge out the Packers, then the thought of Rogers having a good game like he did in Atlanta, even half of that effort, made Green Bay more appealing.
But can't you just see Big Ben leading a late charge again to pull it out? or will karma finally catch up to him for his offseason..

All greats have to have a setback.. look at Manning and Brady recently..

Is Ben due for a big game loss?
Quite possibly, this is the spot... but its so hard to go against them in big games.. until I thought of where it will be played..

That thought makes me feel like its a focused Rogers year to grab a trophy.
I also got to give the edge to the Packers defense to stop the Pitt run game and keep Ben from big plays.

I don't think this will be a letdown spot for the Packers.
I remember seeing them earlier in the year shut out the jets at home and even before that I said to myself this is the team that will be there at the end...

then again..


I'm going to tease here;

this is prob a popular tease but makes me feel "safe' getting points, and the way teams have scored this year, or so it seems, also especially late in a superbowl, I'm taking the over.
