TB's Mike Williams arrested for DUI
News: Bucs rookie WR Mike Williams was arrested early Friday morning on a DUI charge according to the Hillsboro County Sheriff's office. He has since posted bail and has been released. According to the St. Petersburg Times, Williams was speeding and swerving between lanes. Williams' blood-alcohol level was recorded at .065 and .061, below the legal limit, but he failed a field sobriety test, smelled of alcohol and had glassy eyes according to a Sheriff's spokesperson. Additionally, the paper reports that Williams was given a urine test, likely because the arresting officer believed that Williams may have been impaired by a substance other than alcohol. ESPN reports, per a source, that Williams will still start at the 49ers on Sunday.

When are people going to FINALLY get the message. This is past ridiculous and into the realm of stupidity. I really wish they made the laws tough on the first offense, as everyone knows drinking & driving is not cool, it is bloody dangerous.

like PB said, ton of people have them....still doesn't make it right, we've probably all done it but sure as hell shouldn't have

I know DC has a zero tolerence and MD has .08 and above as driving while intoxicated and .02-.08 as driving under influence.

I don't know what FL. is though but I'm sure he obv. showed signs of having an issue regardless of the .065

I can tell you for a fact that people have issues with their eyes not focusing as low as .01
