Teaser system plays

Just thought of this and was wondering what you guys think...

Here it goes

When laying the points on a favored team, and it is the only game on that day, what are the chances of a 3-play teaser hitting when you move the line to make it so that both teams are + the points and you also move the total?

Let me explain further: take tonights game for example.

The spread is CLE -3, and the total is 46. When placing a 3 play teaser, I am able to move the line 10 points and the total 7. My theoretical play would look something like this.

CLE +7
DEN +13
Under 53 (or over 39)

So if I felt like the Browns were the choice for tonight and was confident that it would be a close game and a shoot-out, would it be a good idea to try and tease it to CLE +7, DEN +13, and over 39?

This is purely thought up out of boredom and I would likely never do this, but what would the chances of something like this hitting be?

Yes, I am bored and love wasting time
