Teasing to Win Sunday

There's no question in my mind that the linesmaker's are on the ball for these 2 championship games and it shows that even on these forums with great cappers on both sides of both games; that being said, I was playing around with the lines for a "sweetheart teaser" and the best (and safest bet) for me was to take:

******* 7.23 units to win 6.572 units (aka -110 to tease 10 points)
the home dog Cardinals (+14)
the under-rated and rookie miracle Flacco Ravens (+16)
and the extremely low over at Heinz Field (o24)

Granted I wish I could have gotten the Cards +14.5 bc a push is a lose in this type of teaser but barring any catastrophe, the home dog Cardinals are on a roll, even if they don't pull out the win this should be a very close game and 13 points is more than enough breathing room for me at this point.

The Ravens and Flacco have learned alot this post season, going in as big underdogs is going to fuel their fire but more importantly for me, this is going to be a back and forth game going score for score and 16 points of breathing room should more than suffice.

And to ice this cake an over of 24 point should be blown away. As both teams try to go tit-for-tat scoring TDs there will be enough turn overs (which may hurt or help alot) and field goals to put this game well over 24 points.

Those are my feelings, I feel that not only is this a safe bet but it's a winning bet. Nothing is guarenteed tho as we all have found out the hard way.

GL to you all on this big Sunday

covered the cardinals by 21 points
covered the ravens by 7 points
covered the afc total over by 13 points

I'm fairly certain nobody tailed but it was a lot of fun and winning my biggest play of the month (and first sweetheart attempt) does taste very sweet. Take away 1 or 2 of the Ravens multiple turnovers [which I predicted] and I would have been 3 for 3 ATS without any teasing.

Overall very good day of football and best of luck to McGahee!

Hope you had a good day as well!
