As long as Mouton isn't receiving kickoffs and punt returns, then I would put my money on the Titans. Even though the chances of the Titans making the playoffs at an 0-3 start look pretty damn grim, it is still possible. If they lose this game, the rest of the season is pretty much a write-off. I'm not sold on Jacksonville's consistency.
