Dr. Jack I live in the DC area and listening to sports talk I do not know if everyone thought that Vinny would resign. Jim Zorn being fired yeah but Vinny, Dan's best buddy leaving as a non Redskin fan, is a step in the right direction for this once proud franchise. It will be interesting if any of the big names out there, Holgrem, Cowher, Shanahan will be the next coach/gm or both. Snyder has deep pockets and who doesn't like a good payday?
The skins have some big decisions to make next year? Do they keep Campbell? With the emergence of Freddy Davis do they shop Cooley? Do they keep CP? Should be an interesting off season in this neck of the woods.

Jon Gruden and Bruce Allen are great friends. Best believe Gruden might be coming to big DC.

Old Allen was the first great coach the Redskins had, so this is definitely tradition coming forward.

Mainly because Cerrato was a figure head to Dan Snyder.

It is going to be interesting to see if Snyder gives up the reigns and truly let Bruce Allen + Head Coach (whether it be Zorn, or whoever comes through) to do their job for at least 5 years.

This is turning into to too long of a rant with another thought,
but Snyder just does the opposite of what a fan would want him to do.
None of this shit would have happened had Snyder just stuck with Gibbs setting up the reigns for Gregg Williams to take over.
Instead, Williams is having the Saints defense shinning in N.Orleans.
Snyder is too impatient and never lets his decisions take their course.
It is almost like he is insecure, always changing, and that is not what a good leader does.
