Wade Phillips aka "LIL BUM" or "Bummer" if you will
"Bum" should have put a cowboy boot up his ass a few more times. This guy has little control over his team and is an undisciplined coach that should be fired. I'm not a Cowboy fan but his decisions along with Jerry Jones meddling is holding this team back. Romo isn't the answer either. I know they have o-line injuries but what team doesn't deal with injuries during the year?Just my 2 cents.
