Not really an advantage either way IMO, both cities have pretty cold weather 5 months out of the year

cold has no effect on teams only high winds 10 - 20 mh will cause missed fg's balls hangning up on long passes etc..

rain or snow will not cause low scoring games i seen many high scroing games in both wet conditions

now make it new field soaked with rain and you got a quagmire that none can move through

happend to steelers last year at home vs PHINS lowestcoring in ages 3 - 0 final score Phins were a 15 point dog !

When you open your mouth does $hit fall out ? Cold does effect teams so stop selling your bad info. Cold effects scoring and teams in a lot of different ways.
