Rookie WR Golden Tate was caught trespassing inside a Top Pot donut shop in Bellevue, Washington at 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning, according to TMZ.com.
Profootballtalk.com confirms the report. Tate and a friend apparently got the munchies after hitting the bar scene. The only problem was that the donut shop was closed while they were scarfing down breakfast. Tate managed to escape arrest, receiving a "trespass warning" instead. While he should also avoid league discipline, he won't be so fortunate when it comes to rookie hazing at training camp

the same site that came out with the initial donut caper story has now released a voice clip of the 911 caller who happened to be the night chef.

According to the caller, Golden Tate and his buddy were acting “drunk and stupid”, or maybe they were a few too many bowls deep?
Also, it appears that this was not just a grab and go, they apparently made multiple trips and stuck around behind the scenes during the 911 call.
Tate reportedly grabbed the chefs keys in the initial maple bar heist and ran off, only to return later to give them back; the chef proceeded to slam the door in his face.
Then he tried to pin the whole thing on his friend, as has already been reported.
A couple bumbling high guys is a couple bumbling high guys, it was BOTH your faults you dumb asses…
Tate is lucky he found an unlocked door, or he would’ve not gotten a lucky free pass by the Bellevue police.
Things we have learned:
Control your munchies,
Stop after 15 shots,
Don’t leave your coffee shop unlocked at 3 AM,
Don’t stick around so the 911 caller can give a description of you,
And that the media tries to tailor stories and leave pertinent information out!
