Whats with Arizona/Atlanta line?

This line seems to be all over the place depending on what book you look at. Ive seen Atlanta favored by 1.5 at some places and Arizona favored by as much as 2 at times. Are the books confused on this game or what?

yea i just saw it chalk and now its az-1 at most but betus ahs it at -2.5...strange

Vegas set up and mix up the line for people confused. If I am not sure or not confident, I don't play.
