Who Daa

I can't even imagine saying this. Can actually see the Bengals in the AFC title game. Why because they have as good a shot as anyone and no one is looking at them. Could we be looking at another Cinci - 49er superbowl ? Its going to be fun to watch this all work its way out. I have to believe that the NFC is going to win the SuperBowl this season. And yes this I can't imagine saying.

This would be like when GREECE won the Euro soccer cup in 2004. Biggest long shot on sports history at 1000-1. Why? Simply because the Bengals never beat a playoff team all year. they only beat 1 team with a winning record (Titans)

BUT...............its NOT a best of 3 or 7. Ya never know!!

Bengals are a decent team with young talent, with extra draft picks on the way via the raiders

lose to houston IMO

I cannot see them winning a third game on the road in the playoffs.

Houston better be able to run the ball or I smell big trouble for those Texans.

i see houston as the real sleeper.
People looking at cincy the same way they always do. Ok team, good young qb, some weapons but haven't quite gotten over the hump of beating a really good team. Next year with the right moves and a true off season of development they'll be very good.

Everyone sees houston as a team with a rookie qb who can't win yet that rookie qb has done something dalton hasn't. He's beaten a playoff team. (atlanta)
I've said in another thread that the 3 loses going into the playoffs will be a benefit as people write them off. The big reasons they lost those games are no longer there.
Losing wade was the biggest reason. Not there to call the defense for those first 2 games (which were 4 days apart sunday-thursday). The last game didn't matter. Locked at #3 some key players resting and they could have tied but went for 2 with delhomme at qb.

So long as houston wins tomorrow (and I highly highly believe they do) they'll be a threat. It would be them @ baltimore next. With that D it's winnable.

I can see Cincy defeating Houston, but then reality sets in and they lose to New England. The Pats would love to see both Wild Card teams win, because if both Wild Card teams win, they get Cincy while Pitt and Baltimore have another blood bath, with the survivor having to go to Foxboro the following week.

If cinci doesn't win Baltimore will. I still think the Patriots are smoke and mirrors. They can't beat the Ravens and it would not surprise me to see the Bengals beat the Patriots. But then we will soon see. Either way the winner in the SuperBowl is coming out of the NFC.
