Who to start at QB for Week 4

Need help for week 4. Would you start P. Rivers QB Chargers going ag Binst Steelers Defense or C. Palmer QB Bengals going against the Browns SO CALL Defense.

Normally I would say Rivers but because Palmer is up against the Browns.....

Palmer by default.

Really dude it's a no brainer. Rivers will be running for his life and Palmer will have a HUGE day
Just look at both teams defences. The Browns suck!
