Why is Carolina only -3

Are they that bad or is Tampa Bay that improved? Lines seems very low

DWil and JStew for a combined 350 yards and 5 TDs so it shouldnt matter

I do understand Moore is playing but its still TB, correct? Are they that much better this year? Home field should be worth more than the -3 itself

tampa is a decent young team...they played the browns last week granted but looked ok...caddy looked good last week....mike williams is a legit wr...johnson is a serviceable qb.....d is average...line about right to me

deangelo only had 62 yards and half of that came on 1 run, stew didnt do much. Their longest drive was like 50 yards. tampa can win this game.

All Moore has to do is handoff this game and not take alot of chances. Carolina should cover this one at home.

neither team is very good. TB is going to be better than last year and I like their defense this year. line is about dead on to me, they make it 6 or 7 and pub plays TB kinda heavy i think, something that are trying to avoid IMO
