News: The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that Bengals QB Carson Palmer threw from distances of up to 30 yards on Thursday. "(I) did all the run game stuff. They just don't want me throwing a whole lot," Palmer said. "I'll try to throw tomorrow and see what happens."

Analysis: Palmer reiterated he plans to play on Sunday, but the fact he's still not throwing fully on Thursday is not a good sign. Friday will be a big day for Palmer as his injured elbow will be tested fully. The Bengals likely will err on the side of caution and sit Palmer for another game Week 5. Fantasy owners should plan to go with healthier alternatives. Even if Palmer plays, he will be an injury-risk start.

When you getlines that big, there is toomuch of a "back door cover" chance. I'd lay off also.
