i found a place in lakeview; 2 blocks from beach. move in by the 1st.

also, think im goin w. grainger over cdw unless another company steps into the picture.

grainger our biggest distributor, going to be account manager or inside sales?

yeah, ive been trying to sell into there for over a year now. they are ridiculous when it comes to their procurement process and getting a foot in the door.

lol i know, wont give out email addresses, least knowledgable sales force in america also, live by their catalog...their business model works though, sell on quantity, not margin

inside; territory sales associate is the title. pretty much acct management. its in vernon hills, il (about 15 miiles north of the city).

they are bringing on 28 new hires and placing them on one sales team with a newly hired director. i say acct management because you get 300 previous leads, 50 of them supposedly frequent clients. You are supposed to see what you can generate from that. the thing that is intriguing me the most is the chance to come in with 28 new hires and having the chance to be the top performer of the group. also, have yet to read anything negative about the company

its not their sales force's intelligence JD, its the fact that the sell a million diff products, they rely on their venders when customers need technica info, thats why its more of an account management job than a sales job
