Dallas at Washington The Redskins have everything on the line and the Cowboys are looking to avoid injuries. Sound familiar? This usually happens once or twice at the end of every regular season, where a teams needs a win and their in, while the other team has nothing to play for. The Skins are coming off an impressive performance in Minnesota last Sunday night, putting themselves in prime position to make the postseason. They are 7-2-1 ATS this year their last nine against a team with a winning record, and are 4-1 ATS their last five against the 'Boys. Brad Johnson will see the majority of snaps for Dallas, which means trouble for the Cowboys. Redskins win and win comfortably en route to the #6 seed in the playoffs. Buffalo at Philadelphia The Eagles are trying to finish at .500, as are their opponents Buffalo today. McNabb has led his team to impressive road victories in the past two weeks, winning in Dallas and knocking New Orleans out of the playoff chase for all intensive purposes. As for the Bills, they came out like a house of fire last week en route to a 14-0 lead over the Giants. That was quickly turned around in a blowout Giants win. Buffalo is second-worst in the AFC in sacks and passing yards allowed. Philadelphia's defense, meanwhile, has been solid against the run, giving up 92.7 yards per game to rank fifth. The Eagles have not allowed a 100-yard rusher in six straight games. Don't expect Marshawn Lynch to break that streak. Eagles by 14 today. Carolina at Tampa Bay With nothing to play for, Tampa Bay will host the Panthers today. They are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 against the NFC, and are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 meetings with the Bucs. Don't expect to see many regulars for the Bucs as they get ready to host the Giants next weekend in the wild card round. Carolina has looked better in recent weeks, losing to Dallas by seven in a game they could have easily won, and beating Seattle at home a week prior. They'll win this meaningless game today in what will be an evaluation game for John Fox and his staff for next year's Carolina Panthers. Tennessee at my Colts Another case of a team needing the game and another resting its players. Who do you go with? Of course, the team that needs the game. Titans win and they are in. Expect guys like Sanders and Hayden to rest on defense while they will have two weeks off before their first game. The Titans are 7-1 ATS in their last eight division games, and are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games as a road favorite of 3.5-10.0. Marvin Harrison may play for the first time in two months, but he'll likely see limited action. Titans win and get into the postseason. New Orleans at Chicago The Bears certainly looked amped up last week in destroying Green Bay 35-7. They'll try and close out the season strong with a win over the Saints today. New Orleans is done after a loss last week to the Eagles at home. They'd have to win and have the Redskins and Vikings both lose to make the playoffs. Fat chance. The Saints are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games in Week 17, and are 0-6 ATS in their last six games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game. The Bears are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games as an underdog of 0.5-3.0, and will roll by double digits at home today.
