1 observation I have made over the years..

Been betting for 17 years, and I have made a consistant observation while betting the NBA. If you have bet on a team(dog or fav) and they have been covering the whole game through 3qtrs, you will lose this bet 70% of the time. I like when I am not covering an NBA game going into the 4th cause I win a lot of those games.

Well I know when I have a favorite I much prefer the game stay close early then have them go out to a big lead. Don Nelson even made a similiar comment about early leads saying, basically, that when he was at home he liked the game close and liked to pull away in the 2nd half.

You are absolutely correct.

This is more prevalent in the NCAA.

The team leading at the half lays down in the 2nd half.
