2009 preseason top 5 teams

1. Boston (champ for now)
2. LA Lakers (healthy team=new champ)
3. Houston *(Finally get pass the 1st rd. and into Conf. final

)
4. New Orleans (even better than last season)
5. Tie-San Antonio and Detroit (cuz it seem like each year they are always in their respective conf. finals)

*if Yao & T-Mac play the whole season healthy
