well everything went the spurs way statistically, and only up by 7. Never know in the NBA though if that's a good or bad thing

not a chance. Believe me, if they could win tonight they get some rest and watch la and utah duke it out for another 2 games. No way they just want to go home.

because teams on average hit 45% of their shots.

1st half - Hornets 47% - San Antonio 56%

If they take the same amount of shots in the first half, but they hit a percentage that evens out to 45% (43% for Hornets, 34% for San Antonio)

2nd half - Hornets with 19 baskets + free throws, so about 47 points if they hit same amount of free throws in 2nd as they did in 1st
2nd half - San Antonio with 13 baskets + free throws, so about 39 points if they hit same amount of free throws in 2nd as thhey did in 1st

so 86 points in 2nd half, falling under 93.. this is if were just playing the numbers.. and this is why the total is so low..

I personally see a 48-43 New Orleans type 2nd half..

so leaning under?
if the total was 184, the halves were preset at 92 so they adjusted only 1 point, given they scored 110 in the 1st half, they are "giving money away" on the over! or they are at least hoping joe public thinks so... but giving away 20 pt middle to whoever played the over for the game.

i also expect for it to be a very tight finish.. so you won't see fouling until final 30 seconds or so.. so it will keep the total low, and we should be able to get the under though it could potentially be close..
