The 5 Most Underrated Players in the NBA

Not a big fan of the NBA, but do appreciate wagering on it

Do like to give recognition to players who don't get alot or enough publicity nationally

Here are my five most underrated players in the NBA, in no particular order. Feel free to add yours, as well, as I'm sure I overlooked many

Al Jefferson- Minny is awful but this guy brings it every night and has huge stats on a horrible team and I think he would be a senior in college if he had gone

Carlos Boozer- At or near the top of the scoring and rebounding charts and that suprises me, because you don't hear alot about him nationally. Thought he would be average player at best when I saw him at Duke.

Chris Kaman- Has gone from a role player to a very good player on an awful team

Marcus Camby- Just saw he's averaging 14.5 rebounds a game. Does all the dirty work necessary to allow AI and Melo to get theirs. If he could have stayed healthy his whole career, would maybe be getting more recognition for the player he is.

Gerald Wallace- Think he's an emerging superstar in Charlotte, again in a a smaller market so doesn't get the national recognition

I will agree with Camby, but he won Defensive player of the year, sso there is some recognition...He just happens to be the 3rd player on a middle run team.

Gerald Wallace-BINGO! He can play D, he can score at will, and he's locked in Charlotte for 6 years, baby!

Al Jefferson- THe next Dwight Howard, lol

Boozer- Dominant as healll, dont know how it happened, but it did. Cleveland pays him and LeBron wins a title in next 3 years. They didn't, and bron won't.

Kaman- Had an ESPN magazine cover, he can play, but I feel like you left out a few players...

Monta Ellis for Golden State---Absolutely awesome, smooth shooter, great penetrator (thats what she said), and he can flat out play man. I really think hes the real deal

I'd say Rudy Gay

He is not only the most improved player in the NBA, but is an emerging star in the league IMO, has tremendous talent

josh howard doesnt get talked about much w/ dirk on the team. agree w/ whoever said monta ellis. disagree w/ jamal crawford, guy just plays when he wants to, and plays for himself, and plays little to no defense lol. Tyson Chandler becoming an underrated guy imo as well.

Lloyd: I was thinking the same thing. That John Denver's full of shit, man.

Jose Calderon is backup to T.J Ford as a starter but since ford is out jose has stepped up and imo is better then T.J Ford and better then any other point gaurd in the NBA excluding Nash ...... and this guy flys way below the radar and could easily be the #1 starter on any team including san antonio, dallas, phoenix any outplay any other starter on defense and offense in his position matchup.... Chauncey Billups can't even gaurd this guy and thats quite a compliment considering billups is maybe one of the best starters in the league
