Give that boy an EMMY!

The Truth can act!

Literally less than 3 minutes and he's hoping, skipping and jumping. That is the kind of stuff i CAN'T take with NBA. did you see perkins walk off on his own 2 feet only not to return to the game at all..............................................i f anyone thinks pierce is really hurt your just a worried celtics fan, and you shouldn't be, because he's fine and you won game 1.

dude if he faked that then he has a great career in hollywood. if you played sports and you had a very scary injury situation, you would know that you feel that you are done, your career is over and there goes your shot at something. i cannot imagine, how it would feel if that something is the nba finals. He didnt walk out cause he didnt know what he had; for all he knew he had done his knee in.
Once they tested his knee and he was able to sidestep and test his knee strength then he just sucked int and played. It is not unheard; media making a huge deal out of it, yet there are teeneagers all over the country doing it every weekend. Playing with a hyperextended knee ligament, or an 80% tear. It might be painful, but when you are at the biggest stage you suck it up.

i am pretty sure pierce is in real pain today.

I was thinking the same thing. Great way to fire up the crowd and their team especially the way he came back. I seriously think this stuff happens more than you guys think.

If he really heard a " pop " they wouldnt have let him come back in the game that fast . They would have at least took precuationary x- rays

Didn't you watch the game ? He insisted on getting up and testing it out himself, and it looks like he did. When they saw he was able to walk on it without a problem no need for xray. If he stayed down like he was being advised they would have took the xray.
