This line is only -3 for a number of reasons. First, Atlanta has won both meetings this season by atleast 8pts. Second, Boston is playing there first game home from a road trip. Third, they are on a back to back and going to play there third game in 4 nights. Dont forget the first game between these two teams which was in Boston with Garnett the line was Boston -9.5 in November which Boston got out rebounded by 18. Atlanta is coming off a 81-113 loss to the Magic Saturday. All these reasons will effect the outcome of a game almost everytime. NOTICE I SAID ALLMOST! This is an exception! The reason is, this is a HUGE statment game for Boston. In both losses this season Boston had the lead at halftime. You can be sure Boston intensity will be high because they dont want to lose to them for the second time at home and also go 0-3 for the season seires. An example of this was when the Mavericks loss 96-131 to the Lakers last week. Dallas beat the lakers at LA in November and LA was not going to let the Dallas mavericks have a psycalogical edge on LA Lakers by lossing to them again on there home floor.
