Betting LeBron on his west coast swings over the past few years has turned me a nice profit. The theory is that LeBron gets pretty amped to play on these trips as it is his only appearance there for the year. Having watched the cavs last game against the depleted clippers, it looked like this team was having a grand time even joking around during the game yet still winning the game late and getting serious when they needed to. Now they come home for their first game off of a long road trip. Obviously, this is a well documented angle to begin with, as these home teams often seem to initially lack the focus that they had while on the road. If you look at last year, Cleveland struggled in both first home game back situations last year, beating but not covering against the Kings and the Knicks. Recall that last year the cava were nearly unbeatable at home during the regular season and these lackluster performances stand out even more. Anyhow, I definitely think this spot tonight favors the Raptors. They are playing good ball as of late and have covered 10 of their last 13. Calderon seems to have found his game; Bosh has never looked better. Finally, and this was the real clincher for me--Cleveland has a game at home on Thursday vs. the Lakers. If ever there was a lookahead game, would it not be when Kobe comes to town for his only appearance of the year. The only angle I see that favors the cabs is that the raptors won their first mtg this year in toronto. Don't see that being enough to overcome all the other intangibles favoring the raptors.

My recommendation is to take Toronto plus the points; currently at +10.
