With the Celtics in town the Target Center should be packed tonight. The Wolves are hungry, they are young, and they can shoot the ball well off the screens they set up. Remember now, the Celtics are an older team playing on back to back nights on the road. The Celtics see this game as an easy win and the defensive intensity will not carry over from the nights before. They will play lazy, hand checking defense, and only extend their arms, and not stay in front of their opponent when someone is trying to penetrate the lane. They will collapse on the man they let penetrate the lane, and fall victim to the three ball. This game is reeks of the Wolves covering, if not winning out right. Aaron Afflalo has been a pleasent suprise with his usual 15 minutes and 8-10 points per game. At the point rookie Ty Lawson and Anthony Carter have been running the show quite effectively. Expect the usual high energy high defense minutes by K-Mart and Chris Andersen. On the other end of the court the New Jersey Nets are in trouble. Their home games arent really home games as the attendance is drastically low and the energy is even lower. Their may be more Nuggets fan's in the stands tonight then Net's fans. The Net's have 5 players listed as OUT INDEFINETLY, including their only playmaker Devin Harris. The Net's will struggle to score points as well as covering Carmelo and the kick out 3 ball to Chauncey Billups. Nuggets big tonight on the road, lay the points and lets roll.
