The Boston and Laker run is over IMO

It was a good run but these teams are done. Changing of the guards in both the East with the Heat and Thunder in the West IMO.

Now they are talking about changing of the guards. Put me on TV, these guys are a little late to the party.

dallas is really good. to be honest, even though the lakers and mavs have the same record, i always thought the lakers were way better. tonight they proved me wrong because i thought game one was a fluke.

There was a big discussion about the Lakers being done a while ago. Some thought they would just flip a switch and take control. Where are those Laker backers now?

Well I think he meant that they went from one of the worst teams in the NBA to winning a title. Winning a couple years in a row recently (not the title) is the run I think he is talking about

Boston is done, in both this series and overall. They may get a couple games this series, but Miami the better team. Boston has been average at best ever since they made the trade of Perkins. But age is their biggest problem moving forward.

Lakers are getting older but not to the extent of the Celtics. OKC still needs to prove they are the team. Yes, they are the trendy pick and I do like them, but they have done nothing yet. Besides OKC there is not much left in the west to worry about. Dallas making a nice run, but they are very old, SA is old, and Memphis making a nice run but not there yet in my opinion. Lakers are not done in this series, maybe it is me being a homer but based on Dallas's playoff track record and the Lakers still being dangerous, winning on the road is not out o fthe question. Team chemistry for Lakers is obviously a question mark right now.

Losing Phil will hurt for future years, but still having Koby, Gasol, and Bynum they have a good core. And who knows about those Howard rumors.
