Brandon Roy is ok to play...?

A lot of people said Brandon Roy can't play and his time limited because his knees is still hurt. If Brandon Roy can't play, I think Portland has no chance to get a ticket for 2nd round. That is a bad news for Portland fan and good news for Dallas fan. Odd maker release Portland -4 for game 4.
