beat me to it, i was just about to mention this

let's see hmmmm....denver played better both games and covered both spreads, yet the book opens the line at -4 (3.5 you saw). That assumes the line on games 1 and 2 was correct with that movement and the books made no adjustment at all for denver's win.

that tells me something is very wrong here, i am planning for now to keep an eye on % and line movement and expect to see the entire world get on denver and either lose or at least not cover. i know the public are sheep but have trouble believing they won't want to get on the denver train big time on saturday.

if you like denver absolutely get in ASAP, the line will go up as everyone should be backing denver...if they are crazy enough to all get on the lakers, i will gladly oppose, but for now i assume something is wrong here with that line

revenge is not a big enough factor when you consider denver goes home for the lakers to only get 4, it should be 5.5 or 6

i see it the other way. lakers were favored in all their road games. at the most i saw denver -1.5. Denver is a different team at home. To me La will bring their a game,but denver should play a lot better than they did in la, this line is baiting you to take la. Take denver

I agree. I think Denver covers in game 3, but the Lakers wake up in game 4 to win and get their first cover of the series. That way, Vegas can get a nice bloated line for game 5 in L.A.
