Friday Night NBA In-Game Thread....

I dunno if anyone else out there is watching the games, but I just want to chat it up with some people.

What do you guys think of the games so far? Right now Im burning on the Lakers.... This is game 2 of their Road Trip, and I am wondering if the LA Critics have some points. The three in light are, they are a "softer" team than last year (Gasol got bullied last night), Artest still hasnt learned the system looks very confused( take note of him tonight talkin between plays), and Kobe I think is having some midseason fatigue (he isnt leaping as high, and he is on a rare 70% FT stretch). Just sayin...

Other than that, games are going great and its nice to see David Lee try to make a name for himself tonight for a push at the All Star Game. Hope he gets it, hasnt been a guy from Knicks to make all star game since Alan Houston 9 years ago.

David Lee is a BEAST!!! Reminds a little of Joakim Noah but a better scorer

Yeah, hes a little stockier than Noah. Noah reminds me of Verajao. LBJ pissed Noah off multiple times sayin Noah was Verajaos bastard child. lol

Anyhow... Love love love the hustle of D-Lee... Hes only one pt shy of being a 20-10 avg guy, and that is awesome. Does not get enough praise.

I smell a classic 4th quarter Knicks meltdown. After losing last night, I'd be surprised if Kobe didn't finish off the Knicks tonight.

were all waiting for Kobe to do something, but I really think he is in cruise control right now. not seeming like his normal self.
